JSM Quality Consulting is led by Jeff Mullen, a manufacturing quality and operations professional with nearly 20 years of experience helping manufacturers improve quality, strengthen operations, and solve complex production challenges across highly regulated and performance-driven industries including automotive, aerospace, defense, medical devices, clean energy, and industrial manufacturing.

Throughout his career, Jeff has led quality systems, supplier development initiatives, internal audits, corrective actions, KPI development programs, process improvement efforts, and operational assessments across a broad range of manufacturing environments.

His experience includes ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 quality systems; supplier quality management; root cause analysis; manufacturing analytics; Power BI reporting; operational assessments; and cross-functional leadership.
