JSM Quality Consulting is led by Jeff Mullen, a manufacturing Quality Manager with over 20 years of hands-on experience in regulated and high-demand manufacturing environments.
Jeff’s background includes building and maintaining ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems, leading internal audits for ISO 9001, AS9100 Rev D, and IATF 16949, implementing SPC programs tied to customer critical-to-quality requirements, and supporting supplier quality, corrective action, and multi-site operations.
This experience spans quality engineering, supplier quality, and operational leadership—providing a practical perspective grounded in how manufacturing actually works on the shop floor.
Our Approach
JSM operates using a remote-first consulting model, allowing manufacturers to make meaningful progress without disrupting production schedules or adding full-time overhead.
