How Clients Work With JSM

Engagements are designed to be clear, flexible, and efficient:

1. Initial Inquiry
Clients fill out the information below and describe the scope of work desired, such as ISO readiness, internal audits, KPI development, or manufacturing improvement support.

2. Remote Consultation
A follow-up discussion clarifies scope, objectives, and expectations to ensure alignment before work begins.

3. Defined Scope & Authorization
JSM provides a clear Statement of Work outlining tasks, deliverables, estimated hours, and billing terms. Work begins upon approval.

4. Remote Execution & Updates
Work is performed remotely using secure tools such as VPN access, Teams/Zoom, SharePoint, and shared documentation. Clients receive regular updates—typically weekly—summarizing progress and next steps.

5. Optional Onsite Support
When physical process observation provides clear value, onsite support can be scheduled as needed. Onsite visits are optional, selectively used, and billed separately.
